A few days had passed and the excitement was building.
    Finally it was the 23rd and Madeline's grandmother
drove Alissa and Maddi to the airport.
    Lissa and Madeline half expected the place to be 
packed full of girls but there was hardly anyone to be
found.
    "Um, excuse me," Alissa said to a lady behind a desk,
could you tell me which flight the Backstreet Boys are
coming in on?"
    The lady behind the desk looked puzzeled and said,
"Who?"
    Alissa and Madeline looked at each other and laughed.
"The Backstreet Boys," Maddi said.
    "You know, five guys from Orlando," Lissa finished.
    The lady at the desk started tapping the keys of the
computer, "I believe they should be coming in tomorrow
afternoon."
    Lissa turned to Maddi. "That explains why there ain't
any girls here."
    "Yea." Maddi agreed.
    They thanked the lady at the desk and went to sit down
and wait.
    "Nick said that they'd be here tonight though," Lissa
said disappointedly.
    "Ya never know, they might have two different flights
so that they could fool the girls," said Jess as she, 
Natasha and Brianna walked up to Madeline and Alissa.
    "So you heard?" asked Madeline.
    "Yup!" said Tasha who was obviously very hyper.
    Flight after flight came in and the girls were getting
impatient. It had passed 11:00 and now it was almost 
12:00. Lissa was almost to the point off dozing off when
a very familiar voice came from behind them, "Are you
the Backstreet Girls?"
    Alissa's ears perked up and she turned around. There
standing behind her were the Backstreet Boys.
    "Yup! That's us!" she said smiling. The five girls got
up and stood facing the boys.
    "So who was I talking to before?" asked Nick.
    "Me," said Lissa.
    A smile slowly spread across Nick's face and his eyes 
locked with Alissa's. AJ pushed by Nick and said, "Do
you guys have names?"
    Madeline elbowed Lissa to snap her out of La La Land.
    "Oh," she said rubbing her side, "yea, my name's
Alissa, that's Madeline, Jessica, Natasha and Brianna,"
Lissa pointed to the other girls when she said their 
names.
    Nick piped up again and said, "We heard your sound 
clip and we were wondering if you could sing for our 
record guys."  
    Alissa's mouth fell open, she looked around and quickly agreed.
